JULES WAS HERE.

I have been sitting and watching reality T.V. tonight and the insanity of watching women stoop to new levels of lows but on the opposite scale… highs.  I watch Mob Wives, Baseball wives, Desperate housewives.. all of the “trash” I can get my eyes on. But it hurts. It hurts to see women take steps backwards. The plastic surgeries, the caddy behavior, the jealousy, the lack of emotional, spiritual, and physical intelligence to go beyond the surface.  I quickly switched to Oprah and got to take a deep breath watching a beautiful, intelligent woman who restores my faith in womankind.  Not that Oprah is the be all end all, but she represents the forward motion of a woman who seeks more than just the naked eye.  I have learned  a few things in 2011.  One I treasure is… we are more than our physical, we are more than our material, we are more than our relationships, we are more than our “title” of job.  We are more.  We can survive beyond all of those things because we are meant for more.  Things come and go, people come and go, but one thing remains true.  You.  You and all that you are remain.  Go beyond the material, love your life and be courageous and strong. Be where you are at but go beyond when you can. I know my words are vast and vague.. but let it be specific to your life.  2012.. women.. let’s go beyond.. let’s go above,.. be strong, be courageous, be you… you are more….. Peace and love— Jules
